🎙️ Artist Talk: Feedback, Agency, and Intelligence
Who, or what, is the author when a work is shaped by algorithms, materials, histories, and the people who encounter it? Exhibiting artists from Singapore and Taiwan discuss intelligence as something relational, emerging through feedback rather than residing in a single mind or machine, and reflect on how their works negotiate with forces beyond their control: learning algorithms and ocean currents, colonial histories and cultural memory, and chance and the viewer's gaze.
Panelists｜Ong Kian Peng (Curator), Andreas Schlegel, Chiang Chenwei, Hoe Jian Wei, Yi Kuo
Moderator｜Hsiao Chia-Yi (Jolene), Digital Art Foundation
Language｜Mandarin
📡 The talk will be livestreamed. Follow the Digital Art Foundation, Tusitala, and Supernormal.space on social media for the link.
