Join us for a joyful and mindful evening where cooking becomes a practice of wellness. Together, we’ll create a plant-based Saatvik meal—no onion, no garlic—following the principles of Ayurveda, nourishing not just our bodies, but our minds and souls.

🍽 What to Expect:

• Learn to make a balanced 4–5 course meal that’s wholesome, flavorful, and fun.
• Discover how food can heal, energize, and uplift.
• Hands-on cooking in a joyful, supportive environment.
• Mindful tips to make meals both delicious and healthful.

✨ Remember: We become what we eat. Let’s cook, learn, and enjoy together in the serene energy of Mantra Room.
