Στεφάνια, αρωματικά έλαια, οίνος και τελετουργίες. Το μακεδονικό συμπόσιο δεν ήταν απλώς μια κοινωνική συγκέντρωση. Ήταν θεσμός, σύμβολο κύρους και αναπόσπαστο μέρος της ζωής των αρχαίων Μακεδόνων. Ακόμη και η θέση των καλεσμένων δήλωνε την κοινωνική τους επιρροή.
Η Eutonia Retreats σας προσκαλεί σε μια ξεχωριστή πολιτιστική και οινική εμπειρία, αφιερωμένη σε αυτή τη μακραίωνη παράδοση.
Στο Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο Θεσσαλονίκης, μια θεματική ξενάγηση με αρχαιολόγο/ξεναγό θα αναδείξει τον ρόλο του οίνου, τις τελετουργίες και τα έθιμα του μακεδονικού συμποσίου, μέσα από τον περίφημο Κρατήρα του Δερβενίου, τα χρυσά ευρήματα, τον Πάπυρο του Δερβενίου και τα ταφικά έθιμα της εποχής.
Στη συνέχεια, μεταφερόμαστε στο Wine Law, στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, όπου ακολουθεί οινογνωσία με σομελιέ, με τέσσερις επιλεγμένες ετικέτες από μακεδονικούς αμπελώνες συνοδεία πλατό εκλεκτών τυριών και γευστικών συνοδευτικών.

At the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, a thematic tour led by an archaeologist will explore the significance of wine, the rituals and social customs of the Macedonian symposium, highlighting the magnificent Derveni Krater, Macedonia's golden treasures, the Derveni Papyrus and ancient funerary traditions.
The experience continues at Wine Law, in the heart of Thessaloniki, with a sommelier-led tasting of four selected wines from the Macedonian vineyards, accompanied by a platter of fine cheeses and savoury accompaniments.
