Ōku Completion Release — Special Release Allocation
The release is allocated in person, by appointment.
Ōku is a completed, move-in-ready concrete building at 64th & Oak on Vancouver's Westside. On September 26, 2026, homes in the Completion Release are allocated to registered buyers at the Special Release Allocation event.
At your appointment you'll get:
Tour the completed homes — walk the finished residences, amenities, and finishings (Arno Matis architecture, Gaggenau kitchens, concrete construction)
Final release pricing — confirmed in person at your appointment
Your allocation — select your home from the release, with your realtor beside you
Move-in ready — these are completed homes; you can complete in weeks, not years
Registration is required and limited. Register below for the arrival time your realtor confirmed with you, and we'll have your package ready when you arrive.
