About this Event
Join us for an intimate, hands on Zucco Barista Workshop inside our café with the doors closed a relaxed, focused session designed for anyone who wants to make genuinely better coffee.
We’ll cover the full journey of coffee, from cherry to hopper, before breaking down the equipment you’ll be using and how to get the best from it at home or in a café setting.
The bulk of the session focuses on the essentials:
- How to pour consistent, great-tasting espresso every time
- Dialling in and understanding extraction
- Steaming milk properly
- Learning how to pour latte art — from hearts through to more advanced shapes like swans
You’ll be working on a La Marzocco espresso machine using Allpress coffee beans, with plenty of time to ask questions, practise, and sharpen your skills.
With a small group (max 6 people), the atmosphere is friendly, practical, and fun - perfect whether you’re picking up barista skills for the first time or looking to refine what you already know.
