The Timeless Heart
Sharp and fluid isolation combos based in the spirit of musicality and breath. We will use arms and isolation pathways to create lines of energy through the body and use dynamics to create tension and drama. The students will take home unique ways to connect and dance to music, and possibly even find themselves more embodied in their art by the end of this workshop.
