About this Event
In this two-hour session, you’ll learn what zines are, where they come from, and how you can use them to share your ideas, stories, artwork and creativity. Then it’s time to make your very own zine!
I’ll guide you through the whole process step by step, from coming up with ideas and creating your pages to cutting, folding, collaging and putting your finished zine together. No previous art experience is needed — just bring your creativity and have fun with it!

The workshop is hosted by Stephanie Brown (Coomo Art), an illustrator and creative workshop facilitator who has been hosting art workshops at Glasgow Art Club and creating spaces for people to get together, make art and enjoy being creative.
Whether you’re an experienced creative or haven’t picked up a pair of scissors and glue in years, everyone is welcome. Come make a little magazine of your own, experiment, get messy and most importantly — have fun creating! 💌✂️
