About this Event
This one session class is designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. topics covered include but are not limited to; discomforts of pregnancy, stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, hospital routines and medical procedures. This class does not include a tour of labor and delivery. There will be a one hour lunch break.
Enter the hospital through the Main entrance and take the North Tower elevators to the 5th floor. Once you are off the elevator, look for classroom B. You do not need to bring anything for class. However, you are welcome to bring something to make sitting more comfortable, like a pillow and a water bottle.
The $75 charge admits 2 guests to class.
