Your Hands In Clay
Forget the perfect shape. Just put your hands in the clay and see what happens.
Your Hands In Clay is a slow, tactile pottery experience where the process matters just as much as the final piece. Feel the clay move beneath your fingers, press, pinch, stretch and shape it while discovering what your hands naturally want to create.
There is no fixed design to follow and no pressure to make it look perfect. You can leave fingerprints, create unexpected textures, change the form as you go and let the material guide you.
It is messy, calming and strangely satisfying - the kind of experience that makes you forget your phone for a while.
What to Expect:
A hands-on introduction to working with clay
Explore shaping, pinching, pressing and texturing techniques
Create a pottery piece through freeform making
Experiment with your hands and let the clay take shape naturally
Take home something you made entirely by hand
Come for the clay. Stay for the feeling of making something with your own hands.
