About this Event
Many of us were never taught how our bodies actually work, especially when it comes to pleasure, desire, and arousal.
In this 90-minute workshop, certified somatic sexologists Paige Diako and Nichole Katsikas invite you into a warm, judgment-free space to learn what most of us missed, alongside a community of women curious about knowing their bodies more deeply.
We'll begin with accessible education on women's anatomy and the arousal response: what's happening in your body and nervous system, and how stress, safety, and presence shape our experience. Throughout the workshop, there will be space for conversation, questions, and shared curiosity as we learn from both the material and one another.
From there, we'll move into guided embodiment practices: gentle, meditative exercises in tuning in and noticing what you feel inside, to help you reconnect with sensation and listen to your body with more curiosity and trust.
All practices are done fully clothed, at your own pace, and you're always welcome to simply observe. No experience is needed. Just bring an open mind and wear something comfortable.
Come learn, connect, and reclaim a deeper relationship with your own body.
