Join us for an exciting in-person gathering where young leaders come together to dive into mental health and wellbeing topics that really matter.
With Guest Speakers, Ruby Barker @Rubybarker Actress & Mental Health Activist, best known for her role in Bridgerton. Joined by Rico @Rico.wds who is one of the founders of YLC Network and a Mental Health Suport Worker, who will be sharing their journeys and stories with complex mental health. They will be joined by Rachel, a poet from Leeds who will be reading a poem on mental health, along with Daniel Realined who will be sharing with us about his Realined Project.
It's a chill space to share stories, learn new ways to stay balanced, and connect with others who get it. Whether you're curious or passionate, this event is all about supporting each other and growing stronger as a community. Don’t miss out on meaningful convos and good vibes!
