At this free, no-RSVP needed, Thanksgiving tasting event, you’ll find whites and reds that please a crowd, fit your budget, and “go with” an all-American Thanksgiving dinner. We chose every wine on tasting to deliver high quality and high value, showcasing a wide range of flavor profiles and structures. All guaranteed to…well, not completely stink up the Thanksgiving table.
There are lots of strategies for picking winning turkey day wines. Here’s our favorite: Drink wine you really like that doesn’t make the food taste less good. It’s a modest approach that recognizes, really, no one wine is going to pair with stuffing, gravy, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. So instead of aiming for a pair, why not just lay in a bunch of bottles you enjoy opening and sharing that will survive the culinary and flavor madness that is Thanksgiving dinner.
