Whether you're an experienced yogi or just starting out, this class offers a unique yoga experience set to live piano. Gentle movement flows with the music, creating a space that feels grounding, vibrant, and unforgettable.
Led by Lisa Willoughby, a yoga teacher with 18 years’ practice, the class blends mindful movement with a focus on strength, mobility, and balance - accessible for all levels.
This session is a chance to move, breathe, and enjoy a yoga practice unlike any other.
What to expect:
- Arrive at 10:55am to settle in.
- The session will finish by 12pm.
