Curious about Yoga? Come and join our friendly group at Kewstoke Village Hall. Just bring your mat, a yoga strap (or dressing gown belt is fine), and a small towel. If you're new, please send me a message and we'll arrange a chat over the phone to discuss any health issues and answer your questions. Alternatively, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to complete my form and have a quick chat before it gets too busy as people start to come in.
Fee is £8 card or cash.
