Yoga with Christal

Join us for a nourishing, gentle yoga class that blends mindful movement, breath, and presence to open the heart and cultivate loving-kindness toward ourselves and all beings around us. A class for all levels and abilities; all you need is an open heart and a willingness to pause and just be.

Bring your yoga mat, or chairs will be provided. Yoga is not all movement, it’s the message between mind, bod,y and spirit. Expect breath awareness, gentle postures, and guided intention-setting to invite connection and calm. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, connected, and at peace.
