I'm a certified yoga teacher and wellness practitioner with experience teaching across New York, Stockholm, and Casablanca, join me for a free 60-minute Power Vinyasa class at the beautiful Parque del Retiro in Madrid.
What to expect:
A dynamic, energizing vinyasa flow designed to build strength, open the body, and quiet the mind all under open sky.
? Location: Parque del Retiro, Madrid
? Every Saturday | 11:30am-13pm
? All levels welcome
? What to Bring:
- ? Your yoga mat
- ? A water bottle
- ☀️ Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses)
- ? Comfortable, breathable clothes
- ? An open mind and a willing heart
? Getting the Exact Location:
To keep the experience intimate and personal, the exact meeting spot within Retiro will be shared closer to class. Simply send Ricky a message at least 48 hours before the session and he'll send you all the details you need.
This class is offered freely as part of Ricky's mission to make wellness accessible to all. A minimum donation of €6 at the end of class is kindly appreciated and helps keep these sessions going. Thank you for your support. ?
