About this Event
Designed especially for adults navigating osteopenia, osteoporosis, chronic or inflammatory conditions—or simply wanting to move with greater strength and confidence—the series uses accessible yoga-based movement with progressive resistance, leverage, weight-bearing, and directional force to support the whole structural system.
Rather than focusing on fear or restriction, we’ll explore intelligent ways to move while cultivating confidence, joy, and ease in movement. Each 75-minute session integrates movement therapy, breath practices, meditation, and awareness training and is designed to complement—not replace—individual medical care and treatment plans.
