🌿 YOGA SOUL MOVEMENT🌿Where Body, Mind & Soul Align
🕉️ CLASS 2 — SAUCHA: PURITY & INNER CLARITY
*Caring for Body, Mind & Soul*
✨ **Tuesday, November 3 | 7:00–8:00 PM**
**When we create space within ourselves, we begin to see life with greater clarity.**
In the ancient wisdom of yoga, **Saucha** is one of the five Niyamas (personal observances). Traditionally, it means purity or cleanliness, both external and internal. It invites us to care for the body, cultivate clarity of mind, and become conscious of what we bring into our lives.
🌸 WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE
🌿 Saucha — Purity & Clarity
How do our habits, surroundings, thoughts, and actions influence our inner and outer well-being?
🧘 Hatha Yoga — Mindful Asanas
Gentle movements, stretches, and twists to encourage mobility, body awareness, and a sense of spaciousness.
🌬️ Ujjayi Pranayama — Ocean Breath
We will revisit Ocean Breath, creating a soft ocean-like sound through gentle narrowing of the throat.
Benefits: Encourages steady breathing, improves concentration, supports mindful movement, and may promote relaxation.
💫 Meditation & Self-Reflection
“What am I allowing into my body, mind, and daily life that no longer supports my well-being?”
✨ Come as you are. Create space to breathe, move, reflect, and reconnect.
Note: Bring your personal yoga mat.
