Come move and unwind with Yoga Love at Brown Beard Brewing.
This relaxed, feel-good yoga experience is designed for everyone. We’ll move through an approachable flow focused on stretching, mobility, balance, and releasing tension, with plenty of time to breathe and simply enjoy being in your body.
After class, the fun continues! Stick around, grab your complimentary beverage, and enjoy some time connecting with friends and the local community.
Come with a friend, make it a date, or come solo. No yoga experience is needed. Just bring your mat and come ready to move, relax, and have a good time.
