Please try to arrive by 5:45pm so we can get everyone into the event and start on time at 6pm.
As late spring unfolds around us, nature offers a gentle reminder that growth does not need to be rushed.
The buds open when they are ready.
The light returns in its own rhythm.
And beneath the surface, so much is quietly becoming.
This Yoga Nidra is an invitation to pause, soften and listen inwardly.
To honour where you have been.
To rest in where you are.
And to gently welcome all that is beginning to unfold.
You do not have to know exactly where you are going. Perhaps, for now, it is enough to trust the becoming.
After the event is over, enjoy an amazing plant-based dinner and dessert, all included in your ticket!
Meet your host Nicola
Nicola of Namaste Nicola is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 300 hours of training with international teachers, her approach is gentle, soulful, and deeply grounded in yoga philosophy. Nicola creates a calm and nurturing space where students can slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with themselves through practices such as Yoga Nidra, Hatha, and Yin Yoga.
