Enjoy the Fall Season with a Yoga Nidra WorkshopAs we move deeper into the fall season, nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and embrace a more restful rhythm.
• Reflect on what you’ve cultivated this year
• Let go of what no longer serves you
• Prepare for a more inward, restorative season
We’ll begin with a gentle, slow-paced yoga practice incorporating poses that support grounding, release, and turning inward.
Then Yoga Nidra will offer deep rest and restoration through this ancient meditation practice, inviting you to explore your inner landscape and connect with the quieter energy of the season.
Come experience the beauty of autumn through a nurturing and contemplative practice designed to help you slow down, release, and rest.
What is yoga nidra? A method of deep relaxation while maintaining conscious awareness. It is a practice of observing our inner experiences through a guided journey of breath, bodily sensations, and imagery. Benefits of yoga nidra include releasing tension, improved sleep, increased creativity and mental capacity, and supporting the healing process of physical ailments.
