Yoga in the Park: Hackney Half Shake Out

Join us for a relaxed and energising morning of yoga in the beautiful surroundings of Haggerston Park—the perfect way to prepare your body and mind ahead of the Hackney Half Marathon the following day.
Whether you're running the race or simply looking to enjoy a gentle outdoor flow, this session is designed to help you loosen up, reset, and connect with others in the community.

This free event (with ticket) will be led by instructor Catherine Bello and will include:
