We’ve been exploring hidden corners together for over a year, building a welcoming community through walking, conversation, and shared outdoor experiences. This guided session offers a gentle-paced 7km circular walk in Epping Forest, including a short mindfulness session to help you slow down, reset, and recharge.

This time does not include breaks and the pace of the group

What to Expect
