Throughout the session we will focus on the heart chakra; through guided meditation, heart awakening yoga poses, and creating energetic protection and healthy boundaries. An exploration of the heart awaits!
Francesca is a yoga teacher and reiki healer, originally from London, she brings a spiritual twist to her yoga events. She also offers 1:1 reiki healing, tarot readings, and mediumship.
