Join us to release and surrender immersed in the deep grounding soothing sounds of the Moon and Wind Gongs and Peter Hess Singing BowlsAbout this Event
This gong bath is gentle and therapeutic, the types of gongs and technique of playing creates a smooth, deeply resonant environment where you feel secure, are able to trust you are safe, then sink into the sound, surrendering as you are carried into a deeply grounded trance-like state.
My Intention is to sooth you into a deep state of relaxation where self-healing can occur.
The 60 minute soundscape will feature a short, guided meditation at the beginning with the singing bowls leading you into the deeper lower, grounding and centering tones of the Meinl moon gong (210 Hz), Tam Tam gong and the Peter Hess feng gongs (Wind Gongs).
At the end of your sound journey, you will gently and gradually be led out of your relaxation with the sweet sounds of the Koshi chimes and the earth and fire Svaram hanging chimes as you return back into your body, onto the mat and into the room.
This event offers you the time and space to connect deeply with yourself, to feel supported and held, to rest your mind, to release & restore.
This experience is open to a group of 13 people (maximum) and is gentle, unplugged & unhurried. The gate opens at 7.20pm for you to arrive and settle into your spot. It will be locked at 7.40pm to avoid disruptions to the sound.
