As my studio hosts small groups (up to 13 people at a time), this event is offered on two nights during the time of the New Moon. This event is the same format as the Monday 9th Dec event.
Generally the New Moon in Sagittarius is a positive one offering us the energy of endless possibilities and a chance to set big intentions focussing on what makes us happy however this one is slightly different.
Due to some tricky planetary alignments with Venus, Pluto and angry Mars, the positive vibe could take a turn, resulting in heated discussions, misunderstandings, impulsive reactions and clashes relating to money and love.
Join an intimate group for a gentle night of connection and self-presence working with breath, sound and fire under the energy of the New Moon.
After a short breathing technique to connect to yourself and to release tension, you snuggle down under a blanket, with an eye pillow and bolster and are taken on a gentle 50-minute sound journey.
The soundscape is unplugged, unhurried and played live as I weave around the room.
The instruments used are therapeutic-quality certified by the Peter Hess Institute and create clean, clear frequencies that gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state soothing your body and your mind. The soundscape is designed to nurture your nervous system and offer you the time and space for self-healing to occur. Throughout the soundscape you will hear nature recordings I have made around Australia.
Following the sound bath, you gently wake up and then set intentions by writing down your hopes and dreams—anything you wish to invite into your life. These remain private and are not shared with the group.
This event is held in an intimate private studio in St Kilda East (near the corner of Alma Rd and Hotham St) for a group of up to 13 people. Upon booking the address will be sent to you via email. The gate will open at 7:20 pm and be locked at 7:40 pm (to avoid disruption to the session) so please be on time or early.
All mats, blankets and bolsters are provided.
Please avoid wearing perfume or fragrances to the session.
