What is Yoga Fusion?
Yoga fusion is a yoga class, which takes all the best practices from different yoga styles such as hatha, vinyasa and restorative yoga.
This is a steady-paced yoga session, which focuses on promoting better flexibility, alignment, heart health, and relieving anxiety or tension in the mind. You will learn how to connect breathing with movement to help de-stress and refocus.

On the day
Yoga mats, blocs, and straps are provided but please feel free to bring your own if you like. There is free on-street parking and a cafe downstairs at the entrance of the hotel for snacks.
Avoid eating any heavy meals 1 hour before the class.
Your host will ask if you have any health difficulties such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, skeletal or muscular issues that may affect your practice, so they can recommend ways to make things feel better for you.
