As we enter the dark, restful feminine half of the year, all of nature prepares for its vital phase of hibernation and restoration.
Even though this happens without fail each year, the grind culture of the human world urges us to keep going and growing. Only stopping when we burn out. Feeling guilty if we even consider rest or saying no.
Whatever our responsibilities or pace of life, we all need time to release and restore. Allow Yogi Claire to be your guide on this immersive and heartful journey of rest, release and self devotion for women.

Beginning with a beautiful, heart opening cacao ceremony, this mini retreat for women will guide you through restorative yin shapes, meditation, breath practices, gentle movement, poetry, self reflection, rest rituals, earth wisdom, yoga nidra, sound healing + much more, all aimed to facilitate a return to rest as all of nature gathers in.
Come as you are and allow your heart to open to the inherent wisdom within.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Our studio is fully equipped with yoga mats, cushions, blankets, blocks and eye pillows, but feel free to bring anything that brings you comfort.
- Latecomers will not be admitted.
- Due to the intimate and cosy nature of our venue, spaces are limited for this event. If you can no longer attend please let me know at your earliest convenience as there may be someone on a wait list who could benefit from the practice.
- Not suitable for anyone who has pacemaker, epilepsy, metal plates/implants or during pregnancy.
- This event is exclusively for women.
- There is a toilet available at the property.
- On street parking available.
