A yoga and meditation class dedicated to embracing the transformative power of yoga as a holistic practice. Class is open to beginners and practitioners of all levels whom are on a journey towards physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

In this sacred space, we honor the essence of yoga not just as a physical exercise, but as a path to mindfulness, self-discovery, and inner peace. Throughout the session, we'll delve into the profound wisdom of yoga ethics, cultivating kindness, compassion, and mindfulness both on and off the mat.

P lease pre-register through Eventbrite & note that the drop in fee is $22. Please read cancellation policy & all terms when signing up. Pre-registration ends 5pm day of.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up & settle in. Please bring a yoga mat (thicker mat recommended as we will be on cobblestone), yoga blocks, water, and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable.
