There is a LOT for pregnant women in North Devon to navigate right now.
Following the recent and appalling decision to suspend maternity services and births at North Devon District Hospital, we know that many women are feeling worried, angry, uncertain and understandably overwhelmed about what this means for their pregnancies and births.
Once again, women deserve better.
And right now, we believe women deserve support, community, information and tools to help them feel more confident in themselves and their bodies. 🤍
So, Aimee and Heidi are coming together to offer a special Yoga & Hypnobirthing Workshop… creating a safe, supportive space for you to pause, breathe, move, connect with your baby and prepare for birth.
🌿 During our morning together we’ll explore:
✨ Birth preparation & confidence
✨ An introduction to Hypnobirthing tools & visualisations
✨ Pregnancy-friendly yoga & movement
✨ Connection with your body & baby
✨ Breathing & relaxation techniques
✨ Practical tools you can take away and use throughout pregnancy and birth
You don’t need to know anything about hypnobirthing, or arrive feeling confident or calm!
This morning is about giving you tools, information, connection and a little more trust in yourself and your body.
And because we feel strongly that this support needs to be accessible right now, we’re keeping the price much lower than our usual workshops.
💕 Our intention is for cost not to be another barrier for pregnant women who need support.
Whether you’re feeling excited about birth, nervous about it, completely unsure what to expect, or somewhere in between… you’re welcome.
You deserve to feel supported, informed.
and to have a voice in your care.
