DOSHA WORKSHOP SERIESA series of three yoga workshops exploring the doshas.
3 x two hour seasonally aligned workshops consisting of a dosha regulating yoga practice, dosha inspired and regulating tea and energy balls.
DATES:
26th April - Kapha (Late winter/Early spring)
26th July - Pitta (Summer, Late Spring/Early Autumn)
25th Oct - Vata (Autumn/Early winter)
EACH SESSION WILL COMPRISE OF:
- 1.5hour themed pranayama and asana practice designed to regulate each dosha
- Welcome Ayurveda tea
- Dosha balancing energy/bliss balls and more tea to close
- Gift on completion of all 3 sessions
THE YOGA:
A yoga practice is required. Open to All Level yoga practitioners
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
On signing up you will receive an introduction on Ayurveda and the doshas and a dosha assessment to determine your own personal prakriti (mind-body constitution) in preparation for the workshops. Each themed session will provide a deeper insight into the doshas and you will pick-up lifestyle tips on how to regulate each dosha. Those that sign up for all 3 sessions receive a tri-dosha gift on completion.
