A wonderful invitation to step away from the busyness of life and press pause — to reconnect, breathe, and nurture yourself. A soft, flowing sequence of gentle yoga and stretches designed to ease the body open, release tension, and settle the mind will lead into a deeply restorative sound bath, where you’ll be immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from gong, singing bowls and therapeutic percussion, encouraging deep relaxation and stillness.
Expect to leave feeling calm, grounded, refreshed, and gently restored.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Herbal teas will be provided.
Please bring your usual yoga kit if you have, a blanket and cushion. Yoga mats will be supplied for those that don’t have one. An eye mask helps to block out the light for a better auditory experience. And do bring some water to keep you hydrated.
