About this Event
This two-hour Journey is where movement meets energetic alignment. No matter where you are in your process, you are welcome here.
In this class we will unite the body movement and the energetic openings that could help heal at a different level. We all know that both Yoga and Reiki have healing properties, but when you bring together these modalities, a true restoration can happen.
There will be a welcoming with true connections at the heart of this class. We will chat, move, align, heal, and share meaningful space with a desire for Magic to happen.
You will be leaving with goodies!
Reiki led by Danny: (a little snippet of who Danny is)
Danny has always felt a natural connection to the energy, emotions, and experiences of the people around him. What once made him feel different has become a part of how he understands and connects with others. His sensitivity has taught him to listen deeply, trust what he feels, and meet people with compassion and without judgment.
These qualities have become an important part of Danny’s Reiki practice, allowing him to create a space where people can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves. For Danny, Reiki is more than simply a practice—it is a way of creating space to listen inward, find greater clarity, and come back to a sense of balance.
Through Reiki, Danny hopes to offer a moment to pause, quiet the outside world, and reconnect with what is within.

Yoga led by Heather: (a little snippet of who Heather is)
Heather Ding is a lifelong student of yoga, continually learning from her practice—whether through Asana, Pranayama, or Pratyahara—as she navigates life with mindfulness and intention. Teaching yoga for over seven years, she first found the practice (or rather, it found her) at a time she needed it most.
Her teaching is grounded in the belief that healing is a collective process. She welcomes curiosity, emotion, and connection into the studio space, encouraging each student to come as they are. Her classes are guided by a monthly theme and are designed to leave students feeling more connected to their bodies, minds, and hearts. Her deepest wish is for each person to fall more in love with who they are—right here, right now.
