About this Event
You're invited to join ICSBD — Industry Council for Small Business Development, Silicon Valley — the bridge connecting large, small and diverse companies for collaboration, procurement, education and mentorship.
Ever wondered what happens on the other side of the procurement table? Procurement Manager **Paul Williams** pulls back the curtain on how large organizations choose suppliers — and how small & diverse businesses can stand out, get shortlisted, and win.
You'll learn how buyers evaluate suppliers, what wins a capability pitch, how to get on approved supplier lists, and the mistakes that cost small businesses contracts.
