In this interactive workshop we explore alignment - not as a rigid ideal, but as a living, felt experience.🙏🏼Together we discover what true alignment actually feels like in the body, and how the quality of our thoughts and inner listening gently shapes the way we inhabit ourselves - both on the mat and in everyday life. We will begin with a short meditation/grounding practice and explanation of basic principles before leading in to a movement and yoga practice followed by breaking down some key yoga poses.
💫Whether you are completely new to yoga, seeking a greater understanding, or you are a seasoned practitioner searching to refresh or recommit to your practice or gain deeper confidence, this workshop offers a supportive space to refine your relationship with posture, breath and presence. You will leave with practical skills that enhance and deepen your practice, along with a renewed sense of ease and connection.
I will demonstrate and explain various postures. You are also welcome to simply ask questions and.or receive adjustments (if you feel comfortable doing so). This is an opportunity to receive clear guidance and feedback. This is a workshop of empowerment! Movement is after all meant to be enjoyable.
