About this Event
Everyone starts somewhere when it comes to yoga. Maybe you’re brand new or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice. This class is led by Diana Bodden who will focus on fundamental poses and safe alignment to create a strong and mindful foundation for your practice. If you or someone you know has been curious about yoga but hesitant to jump in—this is the class to recommend!
WHAT TO EXPECT:

✅ Clear breakdowns of common poses & transitions
✅ A supportive environment for questions, learning, and building confidence
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class so we can get you SIX-tuated. Our classes start promptly on time with NO LATE ENTRY.
Bring your own yoga mat & towel. Don't have one? We have them available for rent / purchase.
