About this Event
This is not a typical hike.
We'll take an easy 20-minute walk through Lake Calavera Preserve to the foot of Mt. Calavera, an ancient volcano over 20 million years old. There, we'll connect with the energy of the volcano, feel the space around us, and tune into our own energy.
What we'll do:
• Connect with the energy of this ancient volcanic landscape
• Open up new abilities within yourself, at your own pace. Some participants experience a Kundalini activation during the practice
• Raise your energy together, and learn how to activate it on your own to explore more of your body's potential
• A closing circle to share and integrate
Who it's for: people at every level of consciousness are welcome, from complete beginners to those who already feel subtle energies and live with an expanded awareness. The walk is easy and suitable for most fitness levels.
What to bring: water, comfortable shoes, a hat, a light layer, a small towel or mat to sit on.
Your guide: Olga Ckazka leads energy retreats in powerful places. People around her often discover abilities they never knew they had. She creates a safe space where you'll feel right at home.
This experience is for wellness and relaxation. It is not medical or psychological treatment, and individual experiences vary. It includes light physical activity outdoors; please consult your doctor if you have health concerns. Participants sign a waiver.
