Slow down, settle into the moment, and discover the power of stillness.Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites you to hold gentle poses for several minutes, allowing you to gradually work into the body's deeper connective tissues. Rather than flowing from pose to pose, you'll be encouraged to breathe, observe, and explore your own edge with patience and mindfulness.
As you remain in each posture, you'll have the opportunity to notice areas of tension, practice staying present through mild discomfort, and cultivate greater flexibility, self-awareness, and inner calm. Throughout class, your instructor will offer gentle guidance to help quiet the mind and support your experience.
The practice concludes with an immersive sound bath during Savasana, the final resting pose. Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic sound instruments create a rich landscape of resonant tones that encourage deep relaxation and a peaceful transition into rest.
Whether you're looking to improve mobility, reduce stress, or simply carve out time to reconnect with yourself, this class offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and leave feeling refreshed and restored.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
