About this Event
An hour of Yin Yoga every Saturday morning to give your weekend a relaxing start. Alternate Friday evenings for an hour of Yin with an optional half hour of tea and chat. Stay on to enjoy some time to connect after the practice (herbal tea selection provided) or head straight home for pyjamas and relaxation after an hour of restful Yin!
Please bring cosy layers as Yin involves stillness and you don’t want to get cold. You might want fuzzy socks, a blanket you like or anything that makes you feel comfortable. Yin Yoga involves staying in poses for a few minutes at a time with alternatives to the shapes to suit all bodies. Stretchy, comfortable clothes recommended.
All props are provided (including a blanket, eye pillow, mat, bolster, blocks and strap). You can obviously bring your own mat/props if you prefer.
The venue has accessable toilets and full kitchen facilities so water available although you might prefer to bring your own water bottle.
Please don’t arrive earlier than 10 mins before the class start time. If you’re running late please inform me via email or mobile - the door will be locked when the class starts so if you are too late you won’t be admitted.
