About this Event
Yin Yoga is a slower paced yoga, primarily practiced on the floor with longer hold times (3-6 minutes). Robyn will also offer some Reiki grounding at the end of class while you are in Savasana. You will feel your fascia slowly unwind, supported by your own breath, and resulting in a complete nervous system reset and feelings of deep relaxation. As we enter the darker time of the year, Yin Yoga will help you slow down to find peace and equilibrium.
