Yin & Yoga Nidra | Extended Practice & Festive FizzThe festive season can be such a busy time of year. Between the preparations, celebrations and endless to-do lists, it's easy to get caught up in the doing and forget to make time for ourselves.
So, consider this your invitation to pause.
Join us for a nourishing extended practice combining Yin Yoga with the soothing, guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep.)
We'll take time to slow down, soften, release tension and quieten the mind. Through gentle, longer-held postures and a guided journey into deep rest, we'll create some much-needed breathing space amidst the festive rush.
No expectations, no to-do lists. Just time to be.
And because a little festive indulgence is always welcome, we'll finish with a glass of festive fizz and time to connect with our lovely community.
Friday 18th December
6:15–7:30pm | Yin & Yoga Nidra extended practice
