About this Event
The essence of Yin Yoga is surrender. This class invites you to slow down, soften, and settle into grounding shapes on your mat. Students remain in postures for an extended period of time allowing the body to release tension while creating space to calm the nervous system and restore energy.Throughout the class, Reiki is offered as a healing modality to support the movement of energy through the body and energetic field. Reiki may be offered through light physical touch or from a distance, supporting relaxation and creating space for healing and restoration. This is a nourishing practice for the mind, body, and spirit, an invitation to slow down, surrender, and reconnect with yourself.
