Join us for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice, rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This meditative and introspective class invites you to slow down and turn inward, holding poses for extended periods (typically 2–10 minutes). Through stretching and compression of the fascia, joints, and ligaments, we tap into the body’s meridian / energy pathways — encouraging the free flow of energy and releasing deep-seated tension.
As the body settles, the mind is invited into stillness, cultivating a sense of softness, surrender, and presence.
Perfect for anyone seeking restoration, reflection, and balance, no previous experience needed and mats and props are available at the studio — come as you are!
