SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION
This regional showcase has been created by Rachel Titley, award-winning founder of 'SheFarmer', an initiative that helps rural women "build and scale business, life, and 'the blur' in between". A fourth-generation farmer and leadership and wellbeing specialist, Rachel delivers business coaching, workshops, events, and advisory support across agriculture and regional enterprise.
In 2026, Rachel and her team are delivering seven regional showcase events in celebration of the United Nations’ Year of the Female Farmer, bringing together leaders, innovators, and industry experts to share knowledge, spark ideas, and expand opportunity for women in regional communities.
Each event features two keynote speakers, two moderated panels, interactive audience discussions, and live Q&A sessions, designed to be practical, engaging, and connection-rich. Expected attendance is 150 to 200 women per event, including primary producers, small business owners, industry stakeholders, and emerging leaders.
These showcases create a platform for local, regional, and national voices to highlight innovation, leadership, and commercial opportunity for women in agriculture and beyond. Join us to learn, connect, and grow your impact.
