This isn’t your ordinary neighborhood yard sale—it’s a treasure hunt through Cloverdale-Idlewild!
Follow the official Trail Map from home to home, shop for hidden gems, and collect scavenger-hunt stamps along the way for a chance to win a prize. Expect furniture, clothing, antiques, home décor, children’s items, collectibles, and plenty of unexpected finds!

Your registration package includes:
• A place on the official Yard Sale Trail Map
• Promotion through neighborhood social media
• A directional sign for the day of the sale
• A yard-sale kit to help you tag and organize your items
• A scavenger-hunt stamp to encourage shoppers to visit your location
Exact addresses will not be advertised before the event unless you choose to share yours. We can use an approximate dot on your street for advance promotion and include your address only on the map distributed the day of the sale.
Registration Pricing
• Association members: $10
• Non-members: $25
• Association members who prepay their 2027 dues of $25: registration fee waived
• Non-members who pay their 2026 dues: registration is reduced to $10
• Non-members who also prepay their 2027 dues: registration fee waived
Don’t live in Cloverdale-Idlewild?
You can still join the Trail! A limited number of seller spaces will be available in Bottom Park for $25.
Whether you are cleaning out closets, hunting for a one-of-a-kind find, or simply enjoying a Saturday with your neighbors, we want you on the Trail!
