Yakshagana is Karnataka's ancient theatre tradition. It was born on the coast of South India centuries ago and has never stopped evolving. It is devotional and dramatic, precise and explosive, deeply classical and completely alive.
Mysuru Bites presents Yaksha Natya Vaibhava - an evening pairing two of India's most powerful performing traditions on one stage. Moksha Movements open with Bharatanatyam: classical Indian dance where every gesture is language, every beat a sentence. Then Yakshadhruva Europe take the stage with Yakshagana.
