Join us for an energetic step aerobics experience in partnership with Day1Hustle and Sprinker Rec Center.
Xtreme Hip-Hop classes are high-energy step aerobics workouts that combine traditional step platforms with upbeat music and good vibes!
These classes are welcoming to all experience levels so if you've never tried a Xtreme Hip-Hop Step Class, we invite you to try something new!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Learn a few foundational Xtreme Hip-hop step moves and work your way up to fun, choreographed combinations that will help you burn lots of calories!
If possible, please bring your own step platform board!
