Woven Waves: Flow & Frequency

Woven Waves: Flow & Frequency is a deeply restorative experience weaving together gentle, intentional movement and the healing frequencies of sound.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle, all-levels Yoga, using mindful movement, breath, and grounding practices to help you settle into your body, release tension, and prepare for stillness.
From there, you’ll transition into a 60-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive as layers of sound and vibration fill the space.
This 90-minute experience is an invitation to slow down and explore the connection between mind, body, breath, and frequency—creating space to ground, release, restore, and reconnect.
No previous Yoga or sound bath experience is necessary. All levels are welcome, and modifications are always encouraged so you can honor what your body needs.
What to Bring
Please bring a Yoga mat and anything that will help you feel comfortable during the sound bath—a blanket, pillow, bolster, cozy socks, eye covering, or other comfort items.
