❤️ ABBEY'S ANGELS — KINDNESS LIVES ON! ❤️What started seven years ago as the Murray Family Food Drive in loving memory of my cousin Abbey has grown into something so much bigger, and I couldn't be more excited to share what our family has been working on this year!
Abbey loved Christmas, family gatherings, celebrations, and bringing people together. She was also a huge part of what inspired me to become a teacher and special educator, helping shape my passion for supporting children and families.
Seven years ago, I started this food drive as a way to honor her memory and give back during the holiday season. Watching it grow into Abbey's Angels, with our children, cousins, family, and friends now leading their own little giving initiatives, has made this tradition even more meaningful. ❤️
🎄 OUR MAIN EVENT: 7TH ANNUAL MURRAY FAMILY FOOD DRIVE

Rylin, Cole, and Landyn are helping carry on our original tradition by collecting nonperishable food donations to help fill holiday tables!

🦃 Gobble for a Good Cause — Darrien, Dante & Dawson are collecting monetary donations to purchase turkeys for families to enjoy a special Christmas dinner!
🧴 Tilton Toiletries — Benjamin is collecting toiletries and personal care essentials, with donations also available through an Amazon link!
🧥 Bundle Up with the Beaudoins — Nora & Rosie are collecting gently used winter coats, hats, gloves, boots, and other winter gear, along with new items to give as Christmas gifts! A collection box will be available at our food drive.
🥚 Farm Fresh for a Cause — Hallie & Saylor are selling fresh eggs from their family farm and donating the proceeds! Be on the lookout for their upcoming egg sales! All proceeds and donations will benefit the Secret Angels Society's Operation Abbey's Christmas, helping spread kindness, comfort, and Christmas magic to families in need.
What makes this all so special is seeing the next generation learn the importance of giving back. What began as one small family tradition has turned into five different ways to make a difference, all inspired by one very special person.
Whether you donate food, contribute a few dollars, purchase some farm-fresh eggs, share our posts, or simply help spread the word, every little bit means so much.
