A hearty, warm, happy night of old Sussex and Yorkshire carols, in one of Worthing's most community-focussed friendly pubs.There is a 500 year old tradition of seasonal singing in The U.K., that's been kept alive in the pubs of South Yorkshire, and on Wednesday 2nd December we'll bring them to The Toad! We'll be singing carols from this tradition along with some fantastic traditional Sussex carols and a few old national classics.
There will be copies of the words for you to sing from, there are plenty of choruses, and Hand Brew co beer is just fabulous! Come along and enjoy the fun!
The event is completely free. We'll take a collection on the night in aid of Worthing's wonderful Turning Tides homeless charity.
